Restorative

Restore your body, mind and nervous system. This class blends gentle stretching, slow fluid movement and restorative poses with a focus on relaxing and breathing into the deepest layers of the body to return to a place of release, surrender and calm. During the class, we will explore well-supported poses to restore your natural rhythm, calm the nervous system, dissolve tension and cultivate a deep sense of well-being that will support you well after the session is over. You will use straps, soft blankets, blocks, and bolsters so the body opens gently into the stretch. While supported you will be guided through a relaxing meditation with a keen focus on the breath. Hands on adjustments are given with essential oil blends to help enhance the experience. A class that will improve joint flexibility, free stagnation in the muscle tissue, lubricate the joints and foster a quiet, meditative state. Sending you peacefully into relaxation. Accessible for all levels, ages and body types. It is recommended to dress warm and bring a blanket. A sample audio class is available for you below.

This is an alignment based Vinyasa class open to all levels. Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, balance the nervous system and revitalize the body and mind. Modifications are offered for beginners and more advanced practitioners. The postures are sequenced through a heat building process.  We conclude with restorative, meditative poses to quiet the mind and allow the practice to transform the body. Encouraging you to stand up for what is right, diministioning fear within the mind by placing your practice into actions. A class that encourages grace and goodwill. doing our best to bring our highest self to our endeavors and react from that place.  Be apart of the change you want to see in this world by starting with positive changes in your body.
